Tutoring
Connexions Tutoring provides free one-on-one online tutoring for grades K-12. Shop around on their website and set up a time to meet virtually for homework help. 

The Good Neighbor Center provides K-12 free in-person tutoring.
The first night they recommend going at 6:00 pm. NO appointment necessary. After the first visit, typically students like to hang out from 5 – 6:30 pm, but this is optional. Dinner is served at 6:30 pm. Homework help is from 7 – 8:30 pm. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off their students. Street parking is free after 6 pm and parking at the capitol is free after 5 pm. Tutoring is on Mon, Tue, and Wed.

Individual therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) programs, two all-gender/inclusive groups and two groups for clients who identify as female, a Queer DBT program that includes trauma-informed skills groups and individual dialectical behavior therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals who are struggling with intense emotions, difficult relationships, and self-defeating behaviors.

For counseling and therapy, depending on the service, Tubman will bill health insurance or people pay the full fee out-of-pocket. Some sliding scale options are available for individual therapy, none for group therapy.
