Since attending her first Breakthrough Twin Cities event, Jessie was drawn to the organization's clear mission and measurable impact. The programming that builds college readiness while creating teaching opportunities for young educators, paired with the dedication of the Breakthrough staff, deepened her engagement and commitment to the organization's success.

Jessie is a values-driven executive who has led global, customer-facing functions including marketing, digital transformation, and R&D, spending much of her career at Ecolab. Known for driving innovation and alignment across organizations, her signature strength is collaboration — building relationships across executive teams to get things done. She is passionate about mentoring and developing team members to help them achieve their own future success.

Jessie holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the College of St. Benedict and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She lives in Eagan with her husband, son, and daughter, and enjoys pottery, time at the lake, traveling, and cheering on her kids' activities.
