Ntxheb Chang has been involved with Breakthrough since 2010. From 2010 to 2016, Ntxheb was a Breakthrough student. In the summer of 2017, Ntxheb taught for Breakthrough Providence as an eight grade math teacher. There, she solidified her love for social justice oriented and culturally-sensitive curriculum. Since her initial involvement with Breakthrough Twin Cities, Ntxheb has gone on to complete her BA from Brown University.
As a first generation college student, Ntxheb is passionate about ensuring equitable access to and success in higher institutions for historically underserved students. She hopes to bring her lived experiences and youth development knowledge in her work with the Breakthrough community. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, drawing, reading, and reviewing the bubble tea scene in the Twin Cities.
