Services: Individual therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) programs, two all-gender/inclusive groups and two groups for clients who identify as female, a Queer DBT program that includes trauma-informed skills groups and individual dialectical behavior therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals who are struggling with intense emotions, difficult relationships, and self-defeating behaviors.
For counseling and therapy, depending on the service, Tubman will bill health insurance or people pay the full fee out-of-pocket. Some sliding scale options are available for individual therapy, none for group therapy.
